OVERVIEW

Durawall™ panels are highly innovative, user-friendly, and lightweight wall paneling systems used in internal and external applications providing maximum efficiency and comfort. They have high thermal, sound, and fire insulation properties.

Durawall™ consists of a lightweight cement EPS core sandwiched between two layers of fiber cement boards. This combination of material gives the panels rigidity, strength, and high insulation. The panels also provide flexibility for handling and installation. Durawall™ was developed to accelerate the construction process while maintaining a high finishing quality.

Advantages

High sound insulation reaching a sound transmission class up to twice the value of conventional wall systems for the same thicknesses.

Class A fire rating and thermal insulation characteristics for utmost safety and comfort.

PANEL COMPOSITION

Two layers of fiber cement boards with a thickness of 4.5mm.

Lightweight cement core made of Portland cement, additives, and expanded polystyrene (EPS).

RECOMMENDATION

Use the Durafix™ special EPS cement mortar. Follow the manufacturer’s instructions for mixing and application.

Apply 2 layers of Ccoat™.

Use fiberglass mesh tape where it is indicated by the drawings, to achieve a perfect and durable finish and to avoid any future hairline cracks.
