GBOARD ECHO
OVERVIEW
Gboard® Echo is a perforated gypsum board with a laminated acoustical fleece to its back side. Its core is produced from non-combustible material and offers mechanical stability, which make the board suitable for screw-fastening to drywall framing.
Gboard® Echo provides excellent sound absorption for suspended ceiling applications or any other application that requires high NRC (Noise Reduction Coefficient) values.

Advantages

RECOMMENDATION
Cutting and scoring are completed from the front face of the board.
Vertical screw spacing for the first layer of gypsum is 25 cm, 50 cm for the second, and 75 cm for the third.
Leave a 3 mm gap between the boards and fill it with a joint compound.
Space the Gframe™ furring channels for ceilings or stud partitions at 330-330 mm centers max.
STORAGE & HANDLING
Avoid contact with moisture.
Do not expose the board to extremely high temperatures (50°C) for prolonged periods of time.
Store in a dry/ventilated area above ground level (not in direct contact with the ground).
Avoid cracking or damaging the boards during installation.
