GBOARD ROCKSHIELD
OVERVIEW
Gboard® RockShield is a noncombustible, waterproof, and mold resistant gypsum board wrapped by glass mat sheathing on the long edges, and front and back faces providing additional reinforcement and protection against weathering.
Gboard® Rockshield is used as a substrate to exterior cladding material such as marble, tiles, brick veneer, clapboard, wood shingles and more. It can withstand heavy wind, rain, and high temperatures.

RECOMMENDATION
Do not use as an exposed external skin. Sheathing is necessary.
Cutting and scoring are completed from the front face of the board.
Vertical screw spacing for the first layer of gypsum is 25 cm, 50 cm for the second, and 75 cm for the third.
STORAGE & HANDLING
Gboard® RockShield should always be treated or covered by exterior cladding such as marble or any other weather resistant barrier. Revert to the technical team for further information.
Store in a dry/ventilated area above ground level (not in direct contact with the ground).
Cover the boards with plastic sheets.
