GBOARD ADVANCED FR
OVERVIEW
Gboard® Advanced FR is a fire-resistant gypsum board reinforced with fiberglass. The fiberglass acts as a retardant and protection to the board, improving the performance of the system when exposed to intense fire. When installed in a Gboard® fire-rated system (certified 1hr and 2hr system), this board can provide up to 3hr of fire protection. All materials are certified based on ASTM and EN standards and tested in approved laboratories.

RECOMMENDATION
Cutting and scoring are completed from the front face of the board.
Vertical screw spacing for the first layer of gypsum is 25 cm, 50 cm for the second, and 75 cm for the third.
It is recommended to use Gcoat All Purpose Joint Compound to treat joints or for skim coating.
STORAGE & HANDLING
Avoid contact with water.
Do not expose the board to extremely high temperatures (50°C) for prolonged periods of time.
Store in a dry/ventilated area above ground level (not in direct contact with the ground).
